Return Process

  Sleep on It

  Try your new Puffy mattress for at least 14 nights to allow your body to adjust to the premium memory foam support.

  Initiate Your Request

  If you decide it's not the right fit within 101 nights, contact our support team via email or phone to start your return.

  Schedule a Pickup

  We will coordinate with a local charity or recycling facility to pick up the mattress from your home at no additional cost to you.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the mattress has been picked up and the donation receipt is confirmed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
